You do not always like drawing back the covers in the morning, and would be just as happy to spend the remainder of the day asleep, if only it wasn’t a matter of survival that you actually have to get out of bed! Of course, this is exaggeration, but it is exaggeration with a point. The point is that at times you’d rather turn away from certain issues or confrontations, not because you’re incapable of handling them – far from it, in fact – but because you’re just happier being an ostrich with your head in the sand! You seem quite content with ignoring a large portion of human activity in order to maintain an anonymous and trouble-free existence. Not wanting to be involved with the responsibility of life’s demands, you could easily spend your days by the banks of the river watching the fish swim by!
While you are watching the fish you may find yourself pondering the deepest questions about life, reality and the universe. Mystical matters intrigue you and sometimes compel you to search for more meaning to your life. You have a sense of the collectiveness or ‘oneness’ of mankind that may lead to concern about those who are less fortunate than yourself. By understanding life more and sharing this knowledge you are in fact contributing, in your own small way, to the advancement of mankind.
